Overview[]
Annihilation quartz are clear blue crystals that can be weaponized. Once activated, it cannot come into contact with anything magical, including the quartz themselves, or a powerful explosion will be the outcome, which will kill not only the user, but everyone in the vicinity.
History[]
In "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Sandwich", Donnie Hoblinka crashes into the Blue Camellia wearing gloves that contain the quartz. He demands to confront the Vera-Danso Charmed Ones, otherwise he will destroy the bar and everyone in it. Since the stones cannot be touched by magic without resulting in an explosion, Mel Vera attempted to send Maggie Vera and Kaela Danso back in time to stop him. Meanwhile, Jordan Chase tried to talk Donnie down. Sunny was revealed to be the one who sent the gloves to Donnie and sent him the Charmed Ones' whereabouts. Eventually, Mel was able to locate her sisters, bring them back and knock Donnie and Sunny out with Egyptian Nightshade.
