Trivia[]
- His demonic character was originally given the human name "Alastair Caine,"[1][2][3] but in "Other Women," it was changed to "Alistair Caine" for unknown reasons.
- Craig is openly gay. He came out in an interview with The New Zealand Herald in 2008.
- He has Scottish, Welsh, Danish, English and Cornish ancestry. His grandfather moved from Edinburgh, Scotland to Fiji when he was stationed during his years of service in the British Army.
