Daphne Periwinkle is a woodland pixie who was manipulated by Inara, along with the rest of the Unseen. She is the sister of Chloe and Annie Periwinkle.
After Annie died due to the Tallyman, Daphne was in pain, and Inara used the opportunity to possess Annie's body and persuade Daphne to join the Unseen for their cause in resurrecting "the Lost One." She would later sacrifice herself in the ritual to resurrect Inara; however, this timeline was erased due to the efforts of the Vera-Danso Charmed Ones.
History[]
In "Divine Secrets of the O.G. Sisterhood", Daphne left a note for her sister Chloe and went to join the Unseen for their mission in resurrecting the Lost One. They went to the Akhatu Mines and performed the ritual. Maggie Vera, Chloe, and Jordan Chase made it to the place and tried to talk Daphne out of it, but she was too far gone to listen. She willingly sacrificed herself in the ritual and resurrected Inara, giving her the opportunity to reclaim the Power of Three for herself and change the world.
In "Be Kind. Rewind.", Daphne was briefly mentioned.
In "The End Is Never The End", due to a message sent from their future selves, the Charmed Ones changed everything that happened that day, and Daphne's death was prevented.

- Limited Shapeshifting: The ability to shift between her natural pixie form and into that of a more human appearance. As a pixie, it can be presumed that Daphne possesses this ability, though she is never shown assuming her pixie form.
- Wing Manifestation: The ability to manifest wings on one's back and make them disappear at will. Despite never being shown utilizing this ability herself, Maggie was able to mimic Daphne's powers in order to sprout wings and fly.
- Flight: The ability to propel oneself through the air in any direction without outside assistance with the help of her wings.
