Disintegration is the power to destroy objects by breaking them into small particles. In some instances, the targeted object will completely disappear, though this is not always the case. The effects of this ability can also be harnessed through Incineration.
History[]
In "Exorcise Your Demons", Charity Callahan used this power to disarm Trip Bailey when he arrived at the exorcism of Angela Wu. Ropes of violet energy danced around Charity's hand while using the power, causing Trip's sidearm to break down and disappear into tiny violet orbs.
After taking on the power of the Source and unwilling to give up the power, Macy Vaughn used this ability in "The Source Awakens" to cause the indestructible Prism of Souls to crumble in Harry Greenwood's hand.

Trivia[]
- Charity Callahan's version of this ability in "Exorcise Your Demons" seemed to be energy-based and caused violet ropes of energy to swirl around her hand as the targeted object (i.e. a gun) completely disappeared in violet orbs of energy. However, Macy Vaughn's power after taking on the Source in "The Source Awakens" only caused the targeted object (i.e. the Prism of Souls) to break up into small pieces.
- During the destruction, the Prism of Souls emitted sunlight, but it is difficult to say whether it was the residual energy of the prism itself or whether it was the energetic effect of Macy's power.
