Donnie Hoblinka was a hobgoblin who was employed at the magical spa, Ripples.
History[]
In "Ripples", Donnie was ordered to isolate the patrons from the Enchanted Water Lily fountain, but before he had the chance to, the water lily started spitting harmful thorns. Donnie then directed all the patrons to safety.
In "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Sandwich", it was revealed that the spa closed down due to the Tallyman actions. Donnie blamed the Vera-Danso Charmed Ones and listened to magical podcasts that spew hate against them. When his wife left him, he went to the Blue Camellia and held everyone hostage through the use of Annihilation Quartz with Sunny's help. Later, after Mel Vera was able to retrieve Maggie Vera and Kaela Danso from the past, Maggie managed to neutralize Donnie and Sunny with the Egyptian Nightshade that she had gotten from 1926. They were both arrested, and Duncan was shown leading them off with their hands cuffed in an unknown direction.
In "The Tallyman Cometh", Donnie was revealed to be dead after Roxie and Harry Greenwood mislead Jordan Chase into believing he's still alive. Harry was shown with Donnie's corpse, trying to communicate with Donnie's spirit in the Veil, although he doesn't have very much luck.

- Donnie's name may be derived from Donnie in the original series. He was a pervy lawyer who Paige hexed once to make him irresistibly attractive to all women, except for witches.
- Donny was very fond of "Funny Flakes" with banana flavor.[1]
