The Hilltowne University Laboratory is the university lab located on the campus. It is a former workplace of the late Macy Vaughn and Galvin Burdette.
History[]
At some point, Macy moved to Hilltowne to work in this laboratory and there she met and befriended Galvin.
Throughout The Series[]
In "Pilot", Macy Vaughn is at the lab, researching a house that looks familiar and learning about her mother's death. The demon Taydeus later attacks Mel Vera in the laboratory, but Macy and Maggie catch up to her, and the Vera-Vaughn Charmed Ones manage to vanquish him.
In "Let This Mother Out", a janitor is attacked by the Harbinger of Hell, while cleaning the laboratory. Macy later takes substances necessary to prepare the Truth Serum from the laboratory, and Galvin tells her what the janitor said. Later, while there, Galvin discovers that the cleaning lady is deceased and informs Macy of this as well.
In "Sweet Tooth", laboratory employees go to work in costumes on Halloween. Macy passes out the cookies to her colleagues, and since they all eat them without any problems, she deduces that none of them are possessed by the Harbinger.
In "Other Women", Alistair Caine visits the laboratory to which he made a large donation. He later buys it and puts his ex-wife, Dr. Julia Wagner, at the head of the department.
In "Kappa Spirit", Alistair forces all his new employees to undergo drug tests. Galvin then invites his colleagues to his birthday party and upon hearing Macy says that she will go, even though he warns her that his girlfriend Summer will also be there. Hunter Caine later steals Macy's blood and kills Dr. Gregorian.
In "Out of Scythe", Julia promoted Macy to supervise the lab and wanted her to fire Galvin. Macy told her her decision to keep Galvin the next day but agreed to help her save her budget by doing indoor experiments and firing Kretz.
In "Jingle Hell", Julia takes advantage of the laboratory being empty for Christmas to visit Parker and tells him that the cure is ready and only the Charmed Ones' powers are missing, and she gives him a pendant that will allow him to absorb them to give to Maggie, encouraging him to do so to save himself.
In "Keep Calm and Harry On", Julia treats Parker again in the lab after her son couldn't bring himself to harm the Charmed Ones even to save himself. Alistair joins them shortly afterwards to try to find out what happened to Hunter and the amulet, and Parker tries to fool him, telling him that his half-brother ran away with the amulet. At the lab, Galvin and Macy infiltrate Julia's office to find information and discover that Dr. Wagner is experimenting on human and demonic DNA. However, the two manage not to make her understand that they were investigating her. Alastor later joins his ex-wife in the laboratory and forces her to tell what really happened to Hunter.
In "You're Dead to Me", Macy and Julia agree to work together to find a cure to remove the demonic halves of Macy and Parker.
In "Manic Pixie Nightmare", Macy and Julia make progress in their experiments to find a cure for Parker, and Julia notices that their conditions are different because, while Parker was born half-demon, Macy became one. The woman then creates a serum to test on her son. Galvin later offers to help Macy as well.
In "Surrender", Julia keeps her son hidden in the lab while she tries to cure him after Alastor infected him with a demonic virus.
In "Source Material", Hunter imprisons Julia in the laboratory and takes on her appearance, so as to make Parker believe that he killed her. After deceiving him, he kills her.
