Hilltowne University Hospital is a local hospital in the town of Hilltowne near the local university.

History

In "Let This Mother Out", a janitor was suddenly attacked by a very strange black blob while cleaning at the Hilltowne University lab. It attempted to enter her body, but it soon retreated into the vents. The janitor was hospitalized, but shortly died from the aftereffects of the failed possession attempt.
The sorority, Kappa Tau Kappa, visited Angela Wu in the hospital where they would pray for her recovery. When the Charmed One, Maggie Vera, touched her, she telepathically heard her screaming. Later that day, Angela woke up but in reality, the Harbinger of Hell, the same being that attacked the janitor, had taken control of her body.

In "Other Women", Niko Hamada was hospitalized after an encounter with the shapeshifting demon, Hunter Caine. Later, in the hospital, Mel Vera and Harry Greenwood thwarted the demon when he took the form of a nurse and made a second attempt at her life.

In "Red Rain", after the Harbinger's airborne Touch of Death virus was released and began infecting students who were at a party, many were brought to the hospital as the virus began to spread throughout town. Suspecting the disease to be demonic in nature, Galvin Burdette contacted Macy Vaughn for help. They concluded it to be the work of the Harbinger. Meanwhile, Niko Hamada was also brought into the hospital, due to a different affliction, but was later infected as well when her fiancée, Greta, removed her protection ring. Soon, the infected turned violent and started attacking those around them. Galvin performed the Chiriji ritual to save the patients, sacrificing his own life in the process.
