Mind Melding is the demonic power to bring a being into the depths of their own mind. It can also be used to scan through the memories of other beings.
Overview[]
This power works through physical contact between the user and the intended target. The latter must be open to the mind meld for the power to work effectively. However, for a simple memory scan, this does not seem to be the case. The user will put their hands on both sides of the target's head to either bring them both into the target's mind or simply scan through the desired memories in the target's mind. To leave the mind meld, the user simply needs to touch the target again or release their hands from the target's head.
The physical location where the mind melding takes place becomes the area where the target's subconscious is revealed, merging certain memories and objects with areas in the location, or the memories simply seem to be played out in flashes.
According to Abigael Jameson-Caine in "The Truth about Kat and Dogs", this power was inherited from her father's family. It requires exponential energy from the user.
Skilled users of this power, such as Fenric the Vile, can enter and scan two minds simultaneously.

- There is a plot hole associated with Fenric that, in Perfecti Is the Enemy of Good, it is stated that he was deprived of his powers as punishment, but, in No Hablo Brujeria, he somehow is able to use his Mind Melding on Abigael and Harry Greenwood.
