Natalie Hall is a Canadian actress that portrayed Lucy in the first season of Charmed.
Biography[]
Natalie is a broadway actress and has portrayed the role of Colby Chandler on the soap opera All My Children from November 25, 2009 until the show's finale on September 23, 2011.
She joined the cast of the ABC Family hit Pretty Little Liars in August 2011 as Hanna's step-sister, Kate. Natalie went to the same high school as cast mate, Shay Mitchell, on Pretty Little Liars.
