Photokinesis is the power to generate and manipulate light. This ability can also be achieved through the usage of certain spells and magical objects.
Overview[]
The users of this power are able to produce light to varying degrees. The full extent of this power is unknown, however it has been shown that it can be used supportively, as well as offensively and defensively.
Beings of darkness and shadows are vulnerable to the light, which can be used to harm or deter them. The Light of Theia is a spell that can be used to summon penetrative light, capable of vanquishing a Shadow Demon.[1] Light can be used against the spirits in the Veil, acting as a barrier to either immobilize a ghost or run them off.[2] Diana was shown to carry a magic lantern while in the Veil to chase off the lost souls.
In one instance, during Hunter Caine's massacre of the Elders, the Vera-Vaughn Charmed Ones displayed this ability, drawing out a steady stream of bright, white light from their hands akin to flashlights.[3]

Trivia[]
- The method in which the Vera-Vaughn Charmed Ones were able to use this ability is currently unclear.
- It is possible that they were able to nonverbally cast the Light of Theia spell. However, it has been stated that only experienced witches can cast nonverbal spells and the sisters aren't what one would consider "experienced" by Ambush. Also, the Light of Theia was a vanquishing spell, so it is likely that this spell could not be used in such a manner. The three of them could have also used an entirely different spell that was cast off-screen.
- It is also possible that the Charmed Ones were able to achieve this ability through the use of the Power of Three, as the sisters have been shown to have their hands glowing while tapping into the Power of Three.
