The Power Transferal Ritual is an ancient ritual created by the original nine tribes of magic in order to transfer their magic into the Unity Bowl. This was the ritual that originally empowered the bowl to create the Power of Three, when three witches (Ishta, Ishani and Inara) drank from it to become the first Charmed Ones.
In 2022, the Unseen repeated the ritual to give rise to Inara and allow her to steal the Power of Three from the Vera-Danso Charmed Ones.
History[]
In "Divine Secrets of the O.G. Sisterhood", in an alternate 2022 timeline, the ritual was used again by the Unseen to transfer their powers into a new Unity Bowl in order to resurrect Inara and allow her to steal the Power of Three from the Vera-Danso Charmed Ones. Maggie Vera and Chloe Periwinkle tried to talk Chloe's sister Daphne out of it, but she refused to listen and sacrificed herself after the others.
In "The End Is Never The End", this timeline was erased through time travel intervention and a different course of action taken by Maggie, Mel Vera and Kaela Danso.
