Marisol Vera cast the spell on the night that she was murdered to unbind the powers of her three daughters. The spell is spoken in Latin and requires lighting candles.^[1]^[2]

Trivia

This was the first spell to be cast in the reboot. In the original show, the Dominus Trinus spell was the first spell to be cast and it also unbound the powers of the Charmed Ones.
Though the spell was finished, it didn't show any effects until three months after, when all three sisters were together for the first time.
