Roger was a mortal who died in a car accident at some point during the 1980's with his daughter, Daisy. He briefly returned to the land of the living in 2021 as a ghost, and was able to complete his unfinished business with the help of Maggie Vera and Macy Vaughn.
History[]
Early Life[]
Roger's wife died when Daisy was very young. Because of their loss, Roger was fearful of losing his daughter as well, and kept her from living her own life. He gave Daisy a recipe box on her birthday.
When Daisy was seventeen, she had a boyfriend named Daniel and wanted to go to prom with him. Roger, however, forbade her from attending. Daisy snuck out anyway, but before she could even have one dance with Daniel, her father found them and took her away. On the way home, they argued and a drunk driver swerved in their direction, killing them both.
After they died, Marisol Vera came into possession of Daisy's box.
Possessing Maggie[]
In 2021, Macy Vaughn and Maggie Vera performed a séance to summon their mother. Daisy took the chance to hijack the spell and return to the living world. Roger followed, and they both possessed Maggie.
When Antonio Garcia entered the house, Daisy was instantly attracted to him and said yes when he asked her out, while Antonio believed that she was still Maggie. Roger angrily blasted Antonio into a wall. Macy, Roger and Daisy then have a civil conversation about their lives. After hearing her father's apology and feelings, Daisy forgave him. The forgiveness set Roger free and sent him back to the spiritual realm. Daisy rejoined him soon after her own wish was fulfilled.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Active Powers
- Possession: The ability to take over the body of another. A common power of ghosts, Roger used this ability to take possession of Maggie Vera.
- Energy Blast Generation: The ability to produce offensive energy. Whenever angered, Roger could generate a blast of spectral energy strong enough to hurl other beings backwards and knock them out.
