Episode Guide
Season 1 Season 2 Season 3 Season 4

Season 4 will be the fourth season of Charmed. The show was renewed for a fourth season on February 3, 2021 by The CW. There are expected to be a total of 13 episodes.[1] The season is expected to premiere on March 11, 2022.[2]

Production

On February 3, 2021, The CW made the early decision to hand renewals to 12 current series, with president and CEO Mark Pedowitz sticking with stability as the Covid-19 pandemic continues to have an impact on network's schedules, the development process and pilot season.[3]

On May 25, 2021, it became known that The CW is holding nine series for midseason, including Charmed.[4]

On August 27, 2021, it was reported that Charmed would once again change showrunners and creative direction starting with season four. The husband-wife duo, Liz Kruger and Craig Shapiro, would be replaced with Jeffrey Lieber, Joey Falco and Nicki Renna as the new showrunners.[5]

Plot

In season four of Charmed, Mel (Melonie Diaz) and Maggie (Sarah Jeffery) find their lives transformed by the death of their beloved sister, Macy. But when their grief threatens to undo the Power of Three forever, the surprising arrival of a third Charmed One (Lucy Barrett) gives them a renewed opportunity to fulfill their destinies.
And this couldn't come at a better time, because a mysterious new enemy is rising in the shadows, instilling fear in every corner of the magical world. But as this new foe draws the Charmed Ones and their allies Harry (Rupert Evans) and Jordan (Jordan Donica) deeper into a twisted game, the question is — will this new trio be ready for what's to come? Or will their inexperience working together put the entire world in jeopardy?[6]
