The second Rat Demon was a Vagrant Rat Demon who killed witches, Mary Chapman and Kara Willis, in Vermont with two other Rat Demons on the orders of Abigael Jameson-Caine as part of a plan to lure out the Vera-Vaughn Charmed Ones, whom she believed were involved in the assassination attempt on her. After killing the witches, the demons hung Kara's body from the ceiling as an act of intimidation, while Mary's body was left laying upon the living room floor. He was soon after vanquished by Macy Vaughn, who unwittingly shot fire at him to save Mel Vera.
History[]
In "Safe Space", the Charmed Ones received a distress call from Vermont through the Command Center. They created a portal which led them to a bed-and-breakfast, where they find the bodies of Mary Chapman and Kara Willis in the living room. A guest came down from upstairs, leading the first Rat Demon to come out of his rat form and kill her by spitting acid at her. He was soon joined by the second demon, and the Charmed Ones hid in the kitchen. When they were found by the two demons, Mel Vera used a can of rat poison that she had found to vanquish the first Rat Demon but she ran out before she could kill the second. When he went to attack Mel, Macy inadvertently shot fire at him and vanquished him.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Active Powers
- Limited Shapeshifting: The ability to alter one's appearance. Rat Demons can shift between their human and rat forms.
- Acid Secretion: (presumably) The ability to release acid from the user's body. Rat Demons are able to spit acid capable of completely disintegrating a being.
Weaknesses[]
- Rat Poison: Rat Demons are vulnerable to deadly rat poison. Mel was going to vanquish him with rat poison, but ran out of it before she could.
- Pyrokinesis: Rat Demons are capable of being vanquished through fire. While attempting to attack Mel, Macy was able to vanquish this demon by shooting fire at him, similarly to a flamethrower.
