The Lost One Resurrection Brew is an ancient ritual that can be used to resurrect "the Lost One", Inara, the middle of the first incarnation of the Charmed Ones.
Overview[]
The brew is most effective when brewed and used under a pink moon for resurrection. It requires the blood from the eldest Charmed One, bone from the middle, and hair from the youngest. All three ingredients must be stirred in a cauldron until the intended person is resurrected.
The ritual can also be done under a red moon.
History[]
In "Ripples", while Mel and Maggie Vera were at the magical spa, Ripples, the Tallyman killed a satyr named Robert who worked there in order to steal his clothes to impersonate him and get close to Maggie, the youngest of the current incarnation of the Charmed Ones. Under this guise, he collected some of Maggie's hair while massaging her scalp.
In "The Tallyman Cometh", the Tallyman had one of his spiders bite the hand of the eldest Charmed One, Mel, causing a few drops of her blood to drip down on a napkin, which was later collected by Sunny.
In "Cats and Camels and Elephants, oh my…", Sunny impersonated Evelyn Danso to get close to Kaela Danso, the middle Charmed One, and attack her. She was successful in collecting the final ingredient: Kaela's thumb. The Vera-Danso Charmed Ones tracked Sunny to northern Iran (also known as Ancient Persia), where she was attempting to resurrect the Lost One. While Maggie fought Sunny, Mel and Kaela stopped the resurrection process and retrieved the latter's thumb. As Maggie fought with Sunny, she managed to unwittingly mimic Sunny's claws and killed her with them. Jordan Chase reattached Kaela's thumb magically. Sunny self-resurrected sometime later, and she was devastated by her failure. The Lost One reassured her that there would be other ways.
In "The End Is Never The End", desperate and out of options, the Vera-Danso Charmed Ones resurrect Inara to convince her to stop the Nebron Root Bomb from exploding. This time, Kaela used a baby tooth that her mother had saved up. They also used the red moon, which mimicked the effects of the pink moon. The resurrection was a success and the original Charmed Ones were given the chance to reconcile.

- As the various ingredients needed for the brew must come from the current incarnation of the Charmed Ones, this ritual likely requires the Power of Three to be effective.
- The ingredients needed for this brew are very similar to the regeneration potion Voldemort used in Harry Potter.
- It is questionable that Kaela's baby teeth worked for the potion since she didn't have Macy's stem cells at that time of her life.
- This could be due to the fact that, despite having received her magic through Macy's stem cells, Kaela seems to have become a witch and Charmed One in her own right, similarly to how she has different powers than Macy did, and to have personally taken Macy's place in the trio, thus any bone from her would work.
