The training orb is a magical artifact that is capable of generating powerful mental simulations. It is owned by Harry Greenwood.
History[]
In "Sweet Tooth", after realizing the Harbinger of Hell is set loose in Hilltowne, Harry used the orb to conjure a combat simulation to train the Vera-Vaughn Charmed Ones to fight an upper-level demon. During the simulation, the sisters were pursued by a skeleton demon who eventually tracked them down to a salt circle. However, the sisters each faced a problem in their training: Mel Vera was overzealous and reckless with her powers, Macy Vaughn kept getting in her own head, and Maggie Vera's attempts at juggling Kappa and witch duties had her succeeding at neither. Mel finally managed to vanquish the demon in the simulation by using a powerful spell, which Harry chastised her for.
Maggie used this orb in "Out of Scythe" to simulate her erotic fantasies regarding Lucy's ex-boyfriend, Parker Caine.
In "Unlucky Charmed", Harry used the orb to train Kaela Danso in sword combat.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Simulation Creation: The power to generate mental illusions. The orb can create any scenario the wielder desires, ranging from creating beings to completely changing the environment.
Trivia[]
- For some unknown reason, in Unlucky Charmed, Harry and Kaela were shown wearing some type of glasses or goggles while using the orb. Harry was also shown removing some sort of glove from his hand after ending the simulation.
