Plot[]

This episode opens with a flashback two months to when the Darklighter version of Harry Greenwood was released from his bottle.

Present-day, Macy awakens to find she is safe. Based on her surroundings, she is led to believe she's at home in Seattle. As Macy wanders downstairs, she finds Harry in the kitchen preparing a meal. He's playing Chopin's Nocturne Op. 9, №2 in E flat major. Andante.

When Macy asks Harry what's going on, he tells her she as saved from the Darklighter "before anything untoward happened." This is a very Harry Greenwood phrasing. It doesn’t seem out of the ordinary. Even though how Harry speaks with Macy isn’t unusual, plying her with wine is somewhat suspicious. With the wine being a Château Montenau, Macy's suspicions are raised significantly. It makes Macy question whether it is her Harry Greenwood. To establish his identity, she tests him.

"Celebrate the good times," Macy said. "That's what I always say."

When has Macy ever said, "Celebrate the good times"? This Harry, the not-Harry, fails the test.

When Macy tries to open the front door, she finds it unopenable. With the not-Harry questioning her if everything is alright, Macy goes along with the charade. There is a glint in his eyes which suggests he knows Macy is wear of the subterfuge.

They eat an excellently prepared meal and they dance to the Steve Rice performed a piece titled "I Can't Help but Wonder". Whilst dancing, Macy turns on the charm and convinces the not-Harry to allow her to venture upstairs to her bedroom so that she can change into the little red dress he likes. When away from the not-Harry, she tries and fails to get the real Harry's attention. After finding no way out, she dons the little red dress. Shortly thereafter, Macy discovers the edge of a glamour field. As Macy expresses allude "it's not real," the not-Harry enters the room.

Macy soon finds, because he possesses a power dampening device, her daemonic powers do not work. After binding Macy's hands together, he decides to lift the glamour. With the glamour having been lifted, Macy realizes she's in Tribeca, Manhattan, New York, New York.

In the Command Center, Mel and Maggie relentlessly look for Macy. With the hellhound-provided coordinates, they know Macy is somewhere in New York City. They collectively determine their best option is for Maggie to try touching Jordan again because her powers only seem to work when she’s touching him.

SafeSpace Seattle hosts a Karaoke Night. With Jordan being up for singing, Maggie volunteers herself to make it a duet. Even though his girlfriend doesn't all that pleased by the idea, Jordan has no objections. During their duet, Maggie awkwardly touches Jordan. That doesn't get them closer to what they need. With Mel's help, she concocts a plan to trap Jordan and herself inside an elevator. Because Mel is yet to regain her powers, she must resort to using a potion to short out the electronics on the elevator. The plan goes so well, it shorts out much of the electricity in the entire building. Maggie gets a second opportunity to fondle Jordan.

Maggie touching Jordan in the elevator is no less awkward than it was when they were on stage. After a few attempts, Maggie realizes it only works when she touches his right hand. What so special about Jordan's right hand. Could it be his ring? Jordan tells Maggie the ring contains an amber stone. It apparently has magical properties. She asks him if he'd mind if she tried the ring on. When she does, Maggie has a vision of Jordan getting hurt.

As Maggie remains trapped in the elevator with Jordan, Mel and Harry orb to the bar. Even though Harry is regaining his powers, it’s a gradual process that's taking significant time. With his powers not fully restored, it still takes a significant toll for Harry to successfully orb.

At the bar, a demon addresses Harry as Jimmy. Jimmy apparently owes this daemon a significant amount of money for getting him his lavish apartment and various other things. The daemon challenges Harry to play him at poker. Whilst poker isn't Harry's game, Mel is quite comfortable with the idea. Her plan runs into a snag when she's put in a closet. With Mel having the foresight to bring with the last remaining supply of invisibility potion she has left. An invisible Mel stands by Harry's side and gives him pointers. It works. He wins. Unfortunately, the potion wears off before they have a chance to leave the room. Not one to give up easily, Mel pretends she has a whole bottle of Hellflame and is prepared to use it if she doesn't get what she wants. The demons give up Jimmy's address.

In Jimmy's apartment, Macy curries favor herself with her capturer. When Macy asks him about himself, Jimmy tells Macy of the day his master released him from his bottle. He also tells her that the master wants to collect power. Consequently, because of his desire for power, he’s been seeking the Charmed Ones.

As they dance, she suggests he give Abigael to his master rather than the Charmed Ones. Knowing she has a certain influence over him, Macy manages to distract Jimmy long enough so that she can lift the power dampening device from his pocket.

With the dampener in her possession, the two of them fight. With Jimmy no longer having the upper hand, he immediately orbs away. Seconds later Harry and Mel orb in. Without hesitation, because she's now learned to not trust everything she sees, Macy pins Harry to the wall by the throat. Harry is barely able to utter with safeword Hut-8. This confirmed his identity.

Suited up in his assassin outfit Jimmy orbs back to his apartment. He's not quick enough. Harry, Mel, and Macy orb away. With Harry having dropped Mel and Macy off in Seattle, he returns to Jimmy's apartment.

The fight doesn't exactly go well for Jimmy. When Harry goes for the Darklighter's briefcase of weapons, there is a tussle in which Harry manages to get to a vial of green toxic goo. With a quick twist of the hand, Harry throws the vial at Jimmy. The goo burns Jimmy’s face. Because of the pain, Jimmy is distracted long enough for Harry to gain the upper hand. Harry delivers a fatal blow and turns Jimmy to dust.

Back at the Command Center, Harry allows his emotions to overwhelm him.

"Humans are a mix of light and dark," Harry said. "That's what makes us… them… whole."

Harry checks on Macy. He apologies for what she went through with Jimmy.

"He wasn’t all monster," Macy tells Harry. "How can he be? He's a part of you."

The episode closes with Jimmy waking up in James Westwell's grave.

Quotes[]

Mel: "I'm sorry I gave you a hard time about Jordan. Your vision saved Macy."
Maggie: "So my visions are accurate. Mel, I had another vision. With Jordan. I'm afraid either he's in danger or he's a danger to us."

Harry: "Macy, what was he like?"
Macy: "He was bold. Selfish. Charming. Twisted and tortured by what had happened to him and you."
Harry: "Now he's gone. And so is that part of me. Forever. Sometimes, I wonder who I would be if we'd never been split. Would my better-natured angels temper his sins? Or would he drag me down? I suppose I'll never know now."
