A Woodland Pixie's External Heart is an object which every woodland pixie has. This information can be found in seemingly any Pixionary.
Overview[]
When a woodland pixie's heart is thieved, she becomes subservient to the person who has her heart. While Chloe's external heart resembled a green acorn on a chain, it is possible that there are other colors of pixies' hearts, though it has been noted that they all resemble acorns.
History[]
After catching Chloe in a pixie trap, a mortal named Zack took her external heart and because of this, Chloe became obsessed with fulfilling his desires - leading to murder one person and attempt to kill at least two others.
Eventually, Mel Vera took her heart from Zack and, after defeating Zack, gave Chloe's heart to her and the pixie found herself again. She realized what terrible things she had done without her heart. The Vera-Vaughn Charmed Ones suggested to Chloe that all the woodland pixies come together and they could hide the hearts so that no one else could ever control them again.
In "Not That Girl", Annie was also seen wearing such a pendant, however, of a darker color than Chloe's.
